Zhitong Finance App News, Weixin Finance App (02003.HK) issued an announcement to reduce the disclosure rights notice submitted by HighLoyal Management Limited (“HighLoyal”) and Guo Yan and Guo Zhang Xiufen (each controlling 50% interest in HighLoyal) in accordance with Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) on April 29, 2025: (1) HighRoyal's share interest in the Company has been reduced to 487,46970 shares, accounting for the issued shares Total 9.96%; (2) Mr. Kwok's and Mrs. Kwok's respective share interests in the Company are therefore considered to have been reduced to 487.47 million shares, accounting for 9.96% of the total number of issued shares; and (3) HighLoyal, Mr. Guo and Mrs. Kwok are each no longer major shareholders and core related persons of the Company, and shares held by High Loyal (and Mr. Guo and Mrs. Guo are all considered to have interests in such shares) are included as part of the company's public shareholding.
