According to Zhitong Finance App, Alibaba Pictures (01060) announced that on April 16, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Zhonglian Shengshi (as tenant) signed a lease agreement with Chuanfu Yunxi (as owner) and others. Based on this, it is rumored that Fuyunxi agreed to rent office properties to Zhonglian Shengshi and/or its related parties for a period of two years starting March 31, 2025.
