The China Securities Association recently conducted a survey on the human resources management situation of securities companies in the industry in 2024 to better carry out industry human resources management research work and promote industry talent building. The research covered three parts: an overall survey on human resources management, a special survey on organizational structure management, and a special survey on the composition of professional personnel. The overall research section mainly focused on the brokers' personnel size, labor cost data, personnel structure, and talent flow. In particular, it focused on the number of newly recruited employees and the proportion of fresh graduates in 2024, the three industries with the largest source of new social recruiters, and the three business lines with the highest turnover rate at headquarters and branches. The Open Research section requires brokerage firms to ask 1-2 common questions about talent development in the securities industry, involving dimensions such as talent size, structure, and professional ability, and to make policy suggestions to the Association on employee registration management, codes of practice, and training mechanisms.
