The 9th summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States was held on the 9th in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras. The conference called on CELAC countries to actively promote regional integration to meet the challenges brought about by the US's abusive tariff and immigration policies. The summit was held at the Central Bank of Honduras on the same day.
