JinkoTechnology announced that Photon Energy Holding Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to acquire 50% of Sweihan Solar Holding Company Limited's shares held by related party JinkoSolar Sweihan Limited for approximately US$11.854,500. After the transaction is completed, the company will indirectly hold 20% of the Abu Dhabi 1209 MW PV Project Company. The transaction has been reviewed and approved by the 22nd meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the 14th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors, and still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration.
