The common land construction area of the target assets is 26723.8 square meters, and the housing construction area is 61327.48 square meters. The transaction consideration was RMB 267 million, based on the evaluation value contained in the evaluation report prepared by Beijing Guoyou Dazheng Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. as a reference. The payment method is cash installment payment. The first payment is 50% of the price, payment is made within 10 days from the date the agreement is signed, and the remaining 50% of the price is paid in the second instalment. Since Haier Group is the controlling shareholder of Haier Smart Home, this transaction constitutes a connected transaction and is subject to the relevant reporting, annual review and announcement requirements under Chapter 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
