According to the news, according to the Stock Exchange data, “Kuang Ming Investments Pte Ltd”, a family office headed by Sino Real Estate Chairman Wong Chi-cheung's brother, spent about HK$7,522,500 on February 5 to increase its holdings of Vitasoy International by 886,000 shares, each at HK$8.6865. The latest number of shares held after the increase was 86.104 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 8.02%.

It is worth mentioning that this time, Huang Zhida's related funds have once again declared an increase in vitamin milk holdings since January 6. Yang Xiecheng, owned by the Huang Zhida family, was listed to hold shares in Vitamin Milk International in October last year.
