Fulin Seiko announced that the company signed the “Investment Cooperation Agreement for Humanoid Robot Application Projects” through friendly negotiations with Zhiyuan Robotics, Superstar New Materials, Wen Hongjie, and Annu Innovation. The parties have jointly invested and set up a joint venture to implement the humanoid robot project. The registered capital of the joint venture is 10 million yuan, of which the company plans to invest 2 million yuan and hold 20% of the shares in the joint venture; Zhiyuan Robotics plans to invest 2 million yuan to hold 20% of the joint venture; Superstar New Materials plans to invest 2 million yuan to hold 20% of the joint venture; Wen Hongjie plans to invest 2 million yuan to hold 20% of the shares in the joint venture; and Anu Chuangxiang plans to invest 2 million yuan to hold 20% of the joint venture company's shares.
