NHTSA said they have received four accident reports on Tesla models equipped with FSD features. One car accident resulted in the death of a pedestrian, and the other car accident also caused injuries. NHTSA has launched several investigations into Tesla's Autopilot system in recent years, and said it discovered 211 Tesla vehicle collisions while running Autopilot earlier this year.
