Shenzhen International (00152) plans to issue no more than 4.5 billion yuan 2024 medium-term notes (first installment)

Zhitong Finance App News, Shenzhen International (00152) issued an announcement. The company has submitted an application to the China Interbank Market Dealers Association for multi-type debt financing instruments with a total registration amount not exceeding RMB 10 billion, and has obtained a “Notice of Acceptance of Registration” issued by the Association on October 15, 2024. The company will issue debt financing instruments in installments according to actual market conditions and capital requirements.

The company now plans to issue the first issue of 2024 medium-term notes with a principal amount of not more than RMB 4.5 billion in China. The coupon interest rate will be determined through centralized bookkeeping and filing, and is subject to market conditions and investor reactions. The funds raised in the 2024 medium-term notes (first instalment) are planned to repay the principal and interest of corporate bonds and supplement the company's working capital.
