The 6th World Buddhist Forum concluded on October 17 in Xuedou Mountain, Ningbo, Zhejiang. At the three-day forum, representatives of the Buddhist community, experts and scholars from 72 countries and regions discussed the inclusive wisdom, spiritual connotations, social responsibility, culture and art of Buddhism on the theme of “Willing to Walk Together, Live in Harmony and Symbiosis”. The forum adopted the “Xuedou Mountain Declaration”, which advocates adhering to the teachings as teachers, diligently studying the three studies, promoting the healthy heritage of Buddhism, carrying out Buddhist classics in the three major languages, exchanging ideas and mutual learning, and implementing a project to digitize Buddhist books, etc., to contribute the wisdom of Buddhism to building a common destiny of mankind.
