The nomination committee and board of directors have decided to nominate Zhang Haijun, Wu Jinyu, Zhang Lihuan, Zhang Chao and Ma Xuehui as candidates for the fourth board of directors, nominate Zheng Zhizhi as non-executive director candidates for the fourth board of directors, and nominate Ye Qizhi, Zhang Liguo, and Wang Fuju as independent non-executive director candidates for the 4th board of directors.
