Of the 28 infectious diseases in category B, 10 infectious diseases, including infectious atypical pneumonia, polio, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, rabies, epidemic meningitis, diphtheria, neonatal tetanus, leptospirosis, schistosomiasis, and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, had no reported cases or deaths. A total of 22,325 cases of the remaining 18 infectious diseases were reported, and 54 deaths were reported. The top 3 reported cases were viral hepatitis, novel coronavirus infection, and tuberculosis in that order. Of the 11 types of C infectious diseases, no cases or deaths were reported for 4 infectious diseases, including leprosy, black fever, echinococcosis, and filariasis. A total of 18,667 cases of the remaining 7 infectious diseases were reported, with no deaths. The top 3 reported cases were other infectious diarrhea diseases, hand, foot and mouth disease, and influenza in that order.
