Zhongchuang Logistics announced that the company plans to sign an investment agreement with MEDLOG S.A., to transfer 100% of Zhongchuang Tianjin's shares, 90% of Shanghai Zhileng's shares, and 50% of Ningbo Meishan Yuanda's shares to its wholly-owned subsidiary Haichuang Zhihe Supply Chain Co., Ltd. After completing the share transfer, MEDLOG S.A. will increase the capital of the platform company by 219 million yuan. After the capital increase, China Chuang Logistics and MEDLOG S.A will each hold 50% of the platform company's shares. This transaction does not constitute a related transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. After the transaction is completed, Zhongchuang Tianjin and Shanghai Zhileng will no longer be included in the scope of the consolidated statement of Zhongchuang Logistics.
