Due to the combined effects of the cyclone and cold air, from the night of the 17th to the daytime of the 19th, the Bohai Sea and Bohai Strait had northerly winds of magnitude 8 to 9; the central and northern parts of the Yellow Sea changed to magnitude 8 to 9; Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang, Rizhao, peninsular regions and inland lakes had northerly winds of magnitude 6 to 7; and northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 5 in other inland areas. The wind weakened on the night of the 19th.
