Federal Reserve Daly: I agree that economic expansion will help all Americans, yet this help is disproportionate. In reality, our tools aren't enough to address equity issues or gaps. But one thing I've discovered in my own research is that long-term, long-lasting expansion is actually related to reducing disparities.
