According to Zhitong Finance App, Yongjia Group (03322) issued an announcement. As announced by the company on October 10, 2023, Jiebai Trading (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Haute Couture retail business) entered into a sales agreement with a third party to sell, sell and replace the “Champion” fashion brand's inventory and franchise store assets to the third party. The haute couture retail business ceased operating the “Champion” franchise after the sale was completed in December 2023, and the related business is considered to have ceased operations. The same-store sales performance in this announcement (including the number of directly managed physical stores) reflects only continuing operations.

The sales growth rate of direct physical stores in the haute couture retail business in the third quarter of 2024 and the same store sales growth rate from 2024 to the present was about -18% and -22%, respectively, while the overall revenue growth rate of the haute couture retail business in the third quarter of 2024 and the present from 2024 has been about +36% and +3%, respectively. The haute couture retail business introduced a franchise model for a rapidly growing brand in the second half of 2024. The overall revenue growth rate increased significantly in the third quarter of 2024, mainly driven by wholesale revenue from sales to the brand's franchisees.
