Nomura published a report saying that it raised Lenovo Group's target price by 18.2%, from HK$11 to HK$13, maintaining a “buy” rating, and raising Lenovo's profit for the 2025-2026 fiscal year by 2-3%, believing that the company's stock price has potential room for 17% increase. Nomura said that based on the current PC market situation, the Lenovo Group's PC business may be higher than expected. The bank believes that there is more room for the upward profitability of Lenovo Group servers than for the downside, and that extending the life cycle of H200 products may benefit Lenovo Group and other lower-tier server companies. Therefore, it is believed that Lenovo's performance in the September quarter may exceed market expectations.
