New York MarketCenter Signs Seven Tenants in Renewals, New Leases

Seven leases totaling 27,470 square feet have been signed at the Flatiron District’s 230 Fifth Ave., also known as The New York MarketCenter Building. The 99%-leased specialty showroom building is home to more than 140 luxury home fashion accessories companies from across the globe.

The tenants included the following:

  • Taram Textiles LLC signed a five-year lease for 3,241 square feet;
  • Faze Three Limited leased 2,923 square feet of showroom space for four years;
  • S.L. Home Fashions, Inc. signed a six-year lease extension for 10,176 square feet;
  • Harper Group LLC signed a five-year lease renewal for 3,022 square feet;
  • Afroze Textile signed a four-year lease extension and expansion for 1,580 square feet;
  • EverGrace Home signed a five-year lease extension for 3,528 square feet;
  • Direct Home Textiles Group signed a five-year lease renewal for 3,000 square feet.

GFP Real Estate principal Jane Gural-Senders and leasing director Harvey Richer represented the landlord in-house and the tenants in these direct leases.
