Zhitong Finance App News, Runxin Technology (300493.SZ) announced that the company (“Party A”) and Ningbo Yitong Digital Ecosystem Development Co., Ltd. (“Qitong Digital Ecosystem” or “Party B”) signed a “Technology Development Cooperation and Server Chip Adaptation Agreement” on October 14, 2024 to carry out application development and commercial cooperation between the two parties in the fields of large-scale model vertical applications, AI digital health, server chip adaptation, and embedded intelligent robots. The two sides plan to launch in-depth cooperation in AI vertical applications and server chip adaptation services starting in October 2024.
According to the announcement, the cooperation between parties A and B includes, but is not limited to, setting up a project team, undertaking AI model application development, server chip adaptation, and AI smart terminal sales. The two parties cooperate to plan two AI model applications, server chips, and smart terminal engine adaptation projects under this agreement. The target customer contract amount is expected to reach 10 million yuan. Specific cooperation projects:
Project 1: “Smart Terminal Adaptation and Model Training for Chatbot Companion Digital Chatbots”. Chatbot-based digital chatbots are digital virtual humans based on AI technologies such as image recognition, speech recognition and semantic understanding, face, posture, and expression modeling, using TV screens and AI smart terminals as carriers to achieve human-computer interaction. For smart communities and the nursing care industry, digital virtual people can be customized according to customer preferences to provide various health services such as daily reminders, emotional support, health management, and social assistants for the elderly at home. Party B is responsible for adapting Party A's AI smart terminal engine and providing training and optimization services for 100 digital chatbots on a pilot basis in Cixi Nursing Home and Zhejiang Smart Community.
Project 2: “Construction of an AI Model for Water Affairs and Application to Sewage Treatment Plants”. Smart water is a new water resource management idea. It uses technical means such as sensor IoT, big data, and cloud computing to realize the intelligence of sewage monitoring, treatment, information interconnection, and water supply systems to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization and the level of water environment protection. Party B is responsible for the development, application and server chip adaptation services of large water AI models.
