Guinea was the first sub-Saharan African country to establish diplomatic relations with China. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan, and the two countries established a comprehensive strategic partnership in 2016. In recent years, under the framework of joint construction of the “Belt and Road”, the two sides have had fruitful cooperation in the fields of mineral resources development, infrastructure construction, and energy.
