Bai Neng Group (01263) proposes listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in the form of an introduction

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Bai Neng Group (01263) announced that the board of directors has decided to apply for a second listing of its issued common shares on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange in the form of an introduction. It is expected that this move will not involve issuing any new shares or carrying out other fund-raising activities. On August 30, 2024, the company submitted a proposed listing application to the Singapore Exchange.

The Company also plans to automatically withdraw the listing status of its issued common shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange in accordance with the procedures and requirements set out in section 6.11 of the Listing Rules, subject to possible changes. Once implemented, the possible withdrawal of listing is intended to take effect as soon as possible after the possible changes have occurred, where practicable.
