China Urban Infrastructure (02349) released interim results. Loss of HK$36.433 million increased 20.01% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Urban Infrastructure (02349) announced unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2024. The group achieved a turnover of HK$25.954 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 13.96%; loss of HK$36.433 million during the period, an increase of 20.01% over the previous year; and a basic loss of HK1.16 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in turnover was mainly due to a decrease in future city's rental income and property management income.
