Ettoli announced that the company signed a “Technology Development Cooperation Agreement” with Fornia BioSolutions, Inc. on August 30, 2024. The collaborative projects include “a new Bacillus subtilis production platform project for commercial enzyme production and an innovative medium temperature alpha-amylase project”, with a contract amount of 2.5 million US dollars. After the contract comes into effect, the company will pay the technology development fee in two installments. The initial amount is US$2.25 million, and the remaining US$250,000 will be paid after the research and development results are delivered.
