Zhitong Finance App News, Gemet (300868.SZ) announced that the company and Yunnan Qingyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Qingyuan Holdings”) intend to jointly invest to establish a joint venture “Jiemei Qingyuan Technology Co., Ltd.” (tentative name). The registered capital of the joint venture is 30 million yuan, of which the company invested 15.3 million yuan, accounting for 51%; Qingyuan Holdings invested 14.7 million yuan, accounting for 49%.

According to the announcement, the actual controller of Qingyuan Holdings has been working in mineral industries such as non-ferrous metals and rare metals for many years, and has rich operating experience, industry technology and related resources. Cooperation between the two sides can achieve complementary resource advantages. The proposed joint venture subsidiary will focus on mining-related technology research and development, technical services, project construction, operation management and sales, etc., to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, enhance the market competitiveness of all parties within the industry, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation for all parties.
