How do I link my crypto account's buying power to my brokerage account?

When you open your crypto account, a popup will appear prompting you to confirm your buying power. You can also link your buying power at any time by selecting the unified buying power banner within your crypto account on the mobile app.

Which accounts buying power can I link to my crypto account?

You can link your crypto buying power to either your individual cash account or your individual margin account. Once your buying power is combined, it cannot be undone, and you cannot switch the linked account afterward. If you wish to close your brokerage account, you must first close your crypto account.

What changes after linking my buying power?

Once your buying power is linked, you no longer need to transfer funds between your brokerage and crypto accounts. Both accounts share one unified pool of cash, allowing same-day withdrawal of crypto sale profits. Your crypto account will display a zero cash balance, as all funds are now held in your linked brokerage account.

Can I link my crypto account’s buying power if I have pending transactions or orders?

Pending deposits or withdrawals on the Webull Financial side do not prevent you from merging buying power. However, you cannot combine buying power if you have any pending crypto orders or pending deposits or withdrawals submitted through the Pay app. All Pay app activity must fully complete before linking buying power.

Where should I deposit funds to use for crypto purchases after linking?

After linking your buying power, deposit funds directly into the individual brokerage account connected to your crypto buying power. If you make an ACH deposit after 4 PM ET, the added buying power will appear on the next business day.
