How do I deposit funds into my crypto account?

The deposit method depends on your location:

• Residents of New York, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands: Deposits must be made directly into the crypto account via ACH using either the Webull app or the Webull Pay app. Internal transfers are not supported in these regions.
• Residents of all other states: First deposit funds into your brokerage account using the Webull app, then transfer those funds from your brokerage account to your crypto account within the app.

You may also link buying power between your individual account and your crypto account. Once your buying power is linked, you no longer need to transfer funds between your brokerage and crypto accounts. For more information, see our Linking Buying Power page.

Can I transfer provisional cash to my Crypto Account?

Yes, you can transfer provisional cash from your brokerage account to your crypto account without waiting for your ACH deposit to settle or for any holding period to end. This also applies to deposits made by debit card or wire transfer.

How do I access or withdraw my funds after selling crypto?

After you sell crypto, withdrawal availability varies by location:

• Residents of New York, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands: Sale proceeds can be withdrawn back to your bank immediately through either the Webull Pay app or the Webull app.
• Residents of all other states: Funds must first be transferred from your crypto account to your brokerage account before you can initiate a withdrawal. Once transferred, the funds are available for withdrawal the following business day.

When can I withdraw funds deposited by ACH?

ACH deposits require 6 full business days before becoming eligible for withdrawal. You may withdraw your funds on the 7th business day after the deposit is made.

Can I cancel my ACH deposit or withdrawal?

No. Once you submit an ACH deposit or withdrawal through your crypto account, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to reverse the transfer, you can withdraw the deposited funds (once available) or redeposit withdrawn funds after the transaction completes.

How do I transfer funds between my crypto and brokerage accounts?

Funds can be transferred between your crypto and brokerage accounts by following these steps on the mobile app:

App:

1. Tap Account (bottom center) to select your crypto account.
2. Select Transfers ➝ Transfer Money.
3. Tap Choose an Account to select where to transfer from.
4. Choose the direction of the transfer (to or from your crypto account) by tapping the switch button.
5. Enter the transfer amount, tap Review and Submit.

How much instant buying power do I receive after depositing funds?

Instant buying power depends on your location and how the deposit is made:

• Residents of New York, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands: When funding the crypto account directly via ACH, instant buying power is available once the deposit is confirmed.
• Residents of all other states: Funds must first be deposited into the brokerage account and then transferred to the crypto account. Once transferred, the funds become instantly available for crypto trading.

Buying power may be subject to limits based on deposit history, risk reviews, or regulatory restrictions.

How do I coin in/coin out of my crypto account?

Coin transfers are temporarily unavailable. Once this feature returns, we will provide a full list of supported transferable cryptocurrencies. We are currently working with our updated crypto provider to enhance the transfer experience and will notify all customers when this feature becomes available again.
