Entity Accounts

What is an Entity Account?

An entity account is a brokerage account opened in the name of a legal business structure rather than an individual. These accounts can be opened as either Cash or Margin accounts.

At this time, Webull offers entity accounts exclusively for:

  • LLCs (Limited Liability Companies)
  • C-Corporations
  • S-Corporations

Entity Account Omnibus Products include:

  • Stock trading
  • ETFs
  • Cash Management
  • Money Market trading
  • Fixed Income

Important to know:

  • Existing individual account holders must create a new, separate login to open an entity account. Entity and individual accounts cannot be accessed under the same login.
  • Only one entity account can be opened per login. If you wish to maintain both a cash and a margin entity account, you will need to open each under a separate login with a different phone number.
  • A minimum initial deposit of $100,000 is required to open an entity account.
  • An ongoing equity balance of at least $50,000 must be maintained in the account.
  • Options trading is not available for entity accounts at this time.
