Where can I find my open positions?

To view your current positions on the Webull mobile app, desktop, and website, please follow the steps outlined below:


App:

  1. Tap on the Webull logo (bottom center) to select your account.
  2. Under My Positions, you can view your current assets.

Desktop:

  1. Select Account (if hidden, click More).
  2. Click Unlock Trading and enter your trading password.
  3. Below the Positions widget, you may view your current assets.

Website:

  1. Navigate to WebTrade.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Within Account, click the Positions widget.

Why are my assets hidden?

If your account balance details are shown as asterisks, tap the closed-eye icon next to your net account value to reveal your balances in both the mobile app and web. This feature is intended to protect your privacy.


How do I display open positions and orders on my chart?

Please use the instruction below to add open positions and orders to your chart:


App:

  1. Select the chart toolbox (clover icon).
  2. Tap Settings ➝ Chart Content Settings.

Desktop:

  1. Select the icon in the top right of the chart widget to access Settings.
  2. Select Chart Settings.
  3. Under Chart Display, you can access corporate action display settings.
  4. Under Trade, you can access open positions and orders display settings.

WebTrade:

  1. Select the icon in the top right of the chart widget to access Settings.
  2. Under Chart Settings, select Trade
  3. Under Trade, you can access open positions and orders display settings.

How do I change my account?

To switch accounts on all platforms, simply click the dropdown in the top left corner of the Webull mobile app and WebTrade, or in the top right corner if you're using Webull Desktop. The account you choose will be the one where your order is placed.


How do I edit my watchlist?

You can add, edit, and delete stocks from your watchlists on the mobile app, WebTrade and desktop. Please follow the instructions below:


Adding a Stock to Your Watchlist


App:

  1. Search for the investment product using the search bar
  2. Select the product to open its detail page
  3. Select the Heart icon in the top right corner
  4. Select which watchlist you would like to add it to
  5. Select Done once added

Desktop:

  1. Search for the investment product using the search bar
  2. Select the product symbol
  3. Select the Add to Watchlist option or the star icon
  4. Choose your preferred watchlist

WebTrade:

  1. Search for the investment product using the search bar
  2. Select the product symbol
  3. Select the Add to Watchlist option or the star icon
  4. Choose your preferred watchlist

Removing a Stock from Your Watchlist


App:

  1. Tap Watchlists ➝ Edit Watchlist.
  2. Select the security you would like to remove.
  3. Tap Delete.

Desktop:

  1. Select Watchlists.
  2. Hover your cursor over the row containing the ticker you wish to delete.
  3. Right click and select Delete.

WebTrade:

  1. Select Watchlists
  2. Hover your cursor over the row containing the ticker you wish to delete
  3. Right-click and select Delete

Where can I add the script editor?

The Script Editor feature is currently available on the WebTrade version and Desktop. To access it, please follow these steps:


Desktop:

  1. Select your desired symbol to trade.
  2. Click the Indicator icon or select Script Editor.
  3. Select New Indicator.

WebTrade:

  1. Select your desired symbol to trade.
  2. Click the Indicator icon.
  3. Select New Indicator.

Where do I access my fund records?

To view your account's fund records, use the Fund Records filter within the History tab. This section displays balance adjustments from trades, transfers, interest payments, dividends, and more. To view step by step instructions, please see below:


App:

  1. Tap the Webull logo (bottom center) to select your account.
  2. Select History.
  3. Under the dropdown menu (top left), select Fund Records.

Desktop:

  1. Select Account (if hidden, click More).
  2. Within the Banking widget, view your Funds History.

WebTrade:

  1. Select Account (if hidden, click More).
  2. Under Account Details > Capital Details, view your Funds History.
