Where can I get the materials to cast my vote?

If you hold the stock through the record date, you will receive an email directly from Apex containing information about any proxy votes. To vote, enter the control number at proxyvote.com for fully disclosed accounts, or at proxypush.com for omnibus accounts.

If you have not received an email after checking your filters, spam, and junk folders, it is most likely that you purchased the stock too late and are not qualified to vote on the specific proxy matter.

Information about the proxy vote, including the cutoff date, can be found on the issuer's website.
