Trading & Operations Analyst

As a Trading and Operations Analyst on our Customer Service team, you will have an impactful voice from the front lines of our business. Acting as an extension of our clients, the T&O Analyst is responsible for meeting our clients’ needs, and advancing the Firm’s position as an innovative leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the opening of new client accounts

Answering phones and communicating with clients via email and chat

Assisting clients across different product lines including equities, options and cryptocurrencies

Collaborate with other members of the team on common projects and provide back-up to other Client Service Associates when necessary

Proactively seek ways to identify customer pain points and address them accordingly

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance

0-1 years of experience in relevant field

Motivated, self-starter, who is able to collaborate effectively and efficiently

Strong sense of urgency when it comes to support resolution

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Trading & Operations Associate

Acting as an extension of our clients, the T&O Associate is responsible for helping to solve issues across various topics and advancing the Firm’s position as an innovative leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and communicating with clients via email and chat

Assisting clients across different product lines including equities, options and cryptocurrencies

Assisting with day-to-day account, baking, margin, and trading-related issues

Use customer feedback to help the team internally to streamline and optimize processes across the platform, working alongside the product and technology teams

Continuously reviewing operating processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective

Follow all documented and reviewed risk controls and escalation procedures to minimize risk to the Firm

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance

2+ years of experience in relevant field

FINRA Series 7 license is a plus

Motivated, self-starter, who is able to collaborate effectively and efficiently

Strong problem solving, control, and project management skills

Strong sense of urgency when it comes to support resolution

Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

System Analyst

Responsibilities:

Technical integration with vendor's API, software UAT environment testing;

ACH transaction related problem fixing, bug detection and fixing;

Server condition monitoring;

Product and design management;

Software logic design and optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years hands on experience required.

Must have experiences in customer account opening, onboarding,operations, and trade settlement.
