The Company is focused on advancing its 100% owned, 447 square kilometer flagship RC Gold Project located within the Tombstone Gold Belt in the Yukon Territory. The RC Gold Project consists of 447 square kilometers of contiguous district-scale land package located in the heart of Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt. The project is located approximately 100 kilometers east of Dawson City, which has a 5,000-foot paved runway. Its Alpha Gold Project is a Carlin-type gold prospect located on the south-east projection of the Cortez Gold Trend, near Nevada Gold Mines Pipeline, Cortez Hills, and Goldrush mines. Its Burro Creek Gold Project is located 105 km by road south-east of Kingman, Arizona, in southeastern Mohave County, approximately 265 km south-east of Las Vegas, Nevada. It holds 7,500 hectares (18,525 acres) of mining claims in two separate claim blocks in the Coppermine River area in Nunavut.
