Grayscale Stellar Lumens Trust (XLM) is a statutory trust. The Trust’s investment objective is for the value of the Shares (based on XLM per Share) to reflect the value of XLM held by the trust, less the trust’s expenses and other liabilities. The Company provides a secure structure to gain exposure to XLM. The Trust may also receive incidental rights (IR) virtual currency as a result of the Trust’s investment in XLM, in accordance with the terms of the trust agreement. The Trust is also engaged in all administrative and security procedures necessary to accomplish such activities in accordance with the provisions of the trust agreement, the custodian agreement, the index license agreement, and the participant agreements. Grayscale Investments, LLC is the sponsor of the Trust.
