Sanki Engineering Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the building equipment business, machinery systems business, environmental systems business and real estate business. It operates through four business segments. The Building Equipment Business segment is involved in general building equipment business including building air conditioners and sanitation, industrial air conditioners mainly for factories, electrical equipment, facility systems, and others. The Machinery Systems Business segment manufactures and sells conveying systems and conveying equipment. The Environmental Systems Business segment is involved in water supply and sewerage facilities and waste treatment facilities. The Real Estate Business segment rents and manages owned real estate. It also engages in insurance agency, leasing, and temporary staffing businesses.
