Nanya Technology Corp is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of memory products. It operates through four business segments. Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor products. Sales segment is engaged in the sale of semiconductor products. Overseas R&D segment is engaged in the technical research and development of semiconductor products. Investment segment is engaged in securities investment. The products include dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) chips, including second-generation double data rate (DDR2) DRAM chips, third-generation double data rate (DDR3) DRAM chips, and others. The Company also provides wafer production services. The products are mainly used in servers, mobile devices, personal computers, and consumer electronics. The Company distributes products to Taiwan, mainland China, Japan, the United States, Europe and other regions.
