NIHON DENGI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the design and construction of automatic control systems, as well as the sale of automatic control equipment. The Company has two business segments. The Air Conditioning Instrumentation segment is engaged in the design, construction, maintenance and inspection of automatic control systems for air conditionings for nonresidential buildings such as office buildings, factories, hospitals, laboratories, schools, commercial facilities and others, as well as the sale of automatic control equipment for air conditionings such as automatic control panels, sensors and thermostats. The Industrial Instrumentation segment is engaged in the design, construction, maintenance and inspection of automatic control systems for various manufacturing processes of food and drug plants, and transport lines of post offices and newspaper companies, as well as the sale of controllers, flow meters, industrial valves and other control equipment.
