Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company conducts all of its activities through its subsidiary, Maxus Operating Limited Partnership (MOLP). The Company is primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of ownership interests in multifamily apartment communities with investments in a limited number of commercial properties. The Company owns interests in approximately 11 multifamily apartment properties consisting of approximately 6,200 apartment units and owns approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial space located in five states including Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Its properties include Leawood at State Line, Village at Lionsgate, Kirkwood Station Plaza, Met on 7th, The Vue on Riverfront, 888 on Main, Elements of Belle Rive, Pine Lake, The View at Mandarin, Town Park Lofts, Landmark at Grandview, and The Plaza at Frisco Square.
