The Company invests in companies with stable financial history, high underlying margins, and cash flows, as well as pre-defined growth opportunities, where Karnell can add value as an active and committed owner. It consists of twelve directly owned group companies, with subsidiaries, divided into two business areas: Product companies and Niched manufacturers. The business area Product companies consists of companies that entirely or predominantly base their business on products, which may include various rights such as trademarks, patents, and other. The business area Niched manufacturers consists of manufacturing companies with a high degree of specialization within their competence that manufacture smaller product series, often in close dialogue with their customers, and with a clear niche and market position.
