Fuyo General Lease Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of the leasing of machinery, equipment, and fixtures, real estate leasing, installment sales, and financial transactions such as loans. It has three segments. The Leasing and Installment Sales segment is engaged in the leasing of information-related equipment, office equipment, industrial machine tools, and other items (including property sales upon the expiration or cancellation of lease transactions), real estate leasing, and installment sales of commercial facilities, production facilities, and hospital facilities. The Finance segment is engaged in the lending of money, the management of securities held and the formation of anonymous partnerships to generate financial revenue for business purposes. The Other segment is engaged in environmental energy-related services, commissions, business process outsourcing (BPO), and mobility business services.
