The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are to provide management and adviser services to various investment funds and credit vehicles and to act as an investment holding group. Its segments include Private equity, Secondaries, Credit, Infrastructure, and Central. The Private equity segment consists of four private equity strategies: Europe / Americas, Asia, Strategic Opportunities, and Growth. The Credit segment invests in companies through dedicated vehicles and investment solutions for both Performing Credit and Private Credit. The Secondaries segment focuses on secondary markets globally. The Central segment reflects all non-investment staff costs and all non-staff costs of the business, including all costs related to business operations.
