Its segments include the development of shopping center buildings, office buildings and condominiums for rent, including the provision of food center services, utility services, operation of playland and water theme parks in the shopping center buildings; hotel business, and real estate business for sales of land and houses and condominium units. It owns 11 hotels with three brands, including Central Pattana Hilton, which is operated by Hilton Hotel Corporation; Centara, operated by Central Plaza Hotel Plc., and GO! Hotel operated by Central Pattana.
