COFCO Joycome Foods Ltd is a company principally engaged in the meat business of the integrated industry chain. The Company conducts its business through four segments. The Hog Production segment is engaged in feed production, hog breeding and hog farming. The Fresh pork segment is engaged in hog slaughtering and cutting, distribution and sale of fresh pork, and the main products are chilled pork. The Processed Meat Products segment is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of various types of processed meat products (mainly western-style low-temperature processed meat products). The Meat Import segment is engaged in the import of meat products (including pork, beef, poultry and mutton) and by-products. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
