Cassius Mining Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in resource exploration and mining company with projects based in Africa. Its projects include Soalara Project, Chenene Project, and Bolgatanga Project. The Soalara project is located immediately south of St Augustin where the Onilahy River enters the Mozambique Channel. The Soalara deposit includes a horizontal sequence of bedded Eocene limestones of approximately 80 meters thickness, overburden free. The Chenene Lithium Project consists of four contiguous Lithium exploration licenses total area of approximately 300 square kilometers (km2) in central Tanzania, approximately 40 kilometers (kms) N of the capital city Dodoma, accessible by major road and less affected by the annual wet season than areas further south. The Gbane Project lies within the Talensi District of the Upper East region in northeastern Ghana. The Company’s large scale prospecting license covers an approximately 13.791 square kilometers area.
