Collective Metals Inc. is a Canada-based resource exploration company. The Company specializes in critical and precious metals exploration in North America. Its Princeton Property is a copper-gold project located in south-central British Columbia covering over 70,570 acres. The Property is approximately 10 kilometers west of Copper Mountain Corp.'s producing Copper Mountain mine, which hosts a proven and probable mineral reserve of over 702 million tons (Mt) of 0.24 per cent copper (Cu). The Company’s Whitemud Property, a lithium project in Ontario consists of approximately 381 single cell mining claims totaling 7,775 hectares. Its Landings Lake property is a lithium property in Ontario consisting of over 154 cells comprising 3,147 hectares. The Company’s Rocas project comprises 4,002 hectares, located 75 kilometers southwest of the Key Lake Mine and Mill facilities along Highway 914, and approximately 72 kilometers south of the present-day margin of the Athabasca Basin.
