The REIT owns and manages a diversified real estate portfolio leased to Government, multinational and national blue-chip tenants on long-term leases. Its properties include the Glasshouse; 242 Exhibition Street; 12-26 Franklin Street, Louisa Lawson Building, 6 Stewart Ave, WISE Medical Robina, Festival Towers, and Coles Five Dock, among others.
