Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the manufacture of watches and timepieces. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Watches and Timepieces and Watch Accessories segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of watches and timepieces and watch accessories. The segment is also engaged in the raw materials and component procurement, manufacturing of mechanical movements, assembly of components, and inventory management to the marketing of proprietary brands business. The Banking and Financial Businesses segment is mainly engaged in the provision of financial services, including portfolio management and investment advice, transaction banking as well as investment fund services. The Property Investments segment is mainly engaged in the property investments business.
