Arkema Takes Majority Stake in Specialty Liquid Producer Proionic
Arkema has agreed to take a majority stake in Proionic, a producer and developer of ionic liquids used in lithium-ion batteries. France-based specialty materials maker says it has acquired nearly 78% of Proionic. Proionic will benefit from significant synergies with Arkema.
