AmeraMex International, Inc. sells, leases, and rents electric and diesel-powered heavy equipment to companies within multiple industries including construction, logistics, mining, and lumber. The Company sells and leases top-of-the-line equipment from manufacturers, such as Taylor Machine Works Inc., Magni Telescopic, ASV Holdings, and The First Green Company. The Company is a provider of both electric and diesel-powered new and refurbished heavy equipment to logistics companies, infrastructure construction, logging companies, the United States military, agriculture and forestry conservation organizations both nationally and internationally. The Company also provides a customized fleet of heavy haul equipment, including a fleet of Kenworth trucks and Cozad heavy haul trailers, which transport heavy equipment for the Company and other divisions of the parent company. The Heavy Haul division also markets its services to other companies.
