Sailfish Royalty Corp. is a precious metals royalty and streaming company with assets in the Americas. The Company’s portfolio includes Moonlight Property Royalty, Spring Valley Royalty, San Albino Gold Stream, Silver Stream and Royalty, La Cigarra Royalty, El Compas Royalty, and Gavilanes Silver Royalty. Its primary portfolio consists of three main assets in the Americas: a gold stream equivalent to a 3% net smelter return (NSR) on the San Albino gold mine and a 2% NSR on the rest of the area surrounding San Albino in northern Nicaragua; an up to 3% NSR on the multi-million-ounce Spring Valley gold project in Pershing County, Nevada; and a 2% NSR on the Gavilanes Silver Project located in Durango State, Mexico. The Company also holds 2% NSR royalty on the Mt. Hamilton Gold-Silver Project is located in White Pine County, Nevada, USA. It holds 3% NSR on the original area of interest of the San Albino gold mine. It holds a 1.5% NSR on El Compas, located in Zacatecas, Mexico.
