The Company uses solution-based technology for cold chain product management, thermal packaging, consumer and a variety of therapeutic health care uses, requiring either cold or hot topical solutions. Its products include ice packs for medical applications, ankle ice pack, knee ice wraps and ice packs for preserving food. Its ThermaFreeze pads are based on cooling technology and use a non-toxic, biodegradable crystallized polymer, which is capable of absorbing moisture and releasing it at a slow and gradual pace through a process called sublimation. ThermaFreeze ankle ice packs bring the benefits of targeted cold therapy for relieving difficult ankle pain. It is flexible and can be wrapped around bottles and cans. Ice packs are useful as first-aid treatment for burns and trauma that allows muscles and blood vessels to constrict to allow quick relief from pain and allow overworked tissues to heal faster.
